standard booking T & C's

• 50% of total booking value is required as a deposit to secure your booking.   

• The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival.  

• Full payment is expected if arrival date is inside 28 days from date of booking request.

• All cancellations incur loss of deposit.

• If cancellation is made within 28 days of arrival loss of 100% of the total booking price occurs.

• The property is left reasonably clean and tidy.

• COVID - we prefer that you move the dates, where reasonable we accommodate refunds due to travel restrictions only.

Celebrations

We love sharing the lodge with guests for those special occasions.  Over the years we have had a few wedding ceremonies and wedding breakfasts catered for at the lodge.  In addition to the above T & C's, we also require a bond, and sometimes and additional fee per guest if the gathering is large.  

FYI we don't seek to coordinate your event in any capacity. We prefer to leave those decisions and creative impact to our guests.
