What's included
You will have exclusive use of the lodge and its grounds. You can choose how many bedrooms you would like to use during your stay. Our property is a timeout zone from the hustle and bustle of modern life, with little mobile phone reception, no wifi, a huge TV screen that's great for DVDs or hooking your laptop up to, and a travel library to borrow or leave books in. Our fully functioning kitchen allows you to dine as if you were at home.
Linen, guest toiletries, nespresso coffee machine, milk, tea and sugar, and champagne are provided for your enjoyment. Our kitchen is a home away from home, with a functional laundry and drying room.
Please bring beach towels to use when bathing in the creek.
We do not allow pets on the property. Our property is strictly a no smoking venue.

The Master Bedroom
Spacious loft experience, indulgent bath nook overlooking apple orchard. Luxurious copper bath in a nook overlooking the apple orchard, closet, loveseat and personal bathroom.
The Queen
Sink into our spacious pillow-topped queen divan underneath the milky way. There is a large closet in the bedroom, and an original cast-iron clawfoot bath tub and separate shower in the shared bathroom.
The Double
Be sleeping beauty on our classic wrought iron framed double bed snuggled beneath an English original artwork. There is a large closet in the bedroom, and an original cast-iron clawfoot bath tub and separate shower in the shared bathroom.

Rates
The following RATES apply for the master bedroom only i.e. first couple sharing, and exclusive use of the lodge.
Standard mid-week nightly rates $395 (Mon to Thurs, Sun night)
Standard weekend rates nightly $495 (Fri, Sat)
Our minimum stay is 2 nights at any time of the year, no exceptions
Our school holiday rates are $420 mid week, $525 Fri, Sat and Sun nights
For each extra person, there is an additional fee of $30 per person per night,
Public holidays and the connecting weekends are $585 for any night, with a minimum of a 3 night stay required, 4 nights over Easter and Melbourne Cup weekend. Additional persons fee of $30 per per adult or child applies after the first couple.
Christmas is $750 per night and still only $30 per person per night after the first couple sharing.
We offer an online payment system through HomeAway-Stayz-Vrbo, Airbnb or a direct deposit through internet banking if you book direct with us. Our rates are accurate on Airbnb and Vrbo and will revert to these if the above is lower.
Last minutes getaways
If your stay is within the next 7 days, no reasonable counter offer to our rates will be refused. Stay for 7 nights or more and get 15% discount.
